Need Alert/Warning when adding a Manufacturer Part which is already associated with another Part

Summary:

We can add Manufacturer Part (MPN) or Trading Partner Item to any Part. Suppose if we add same MPN to another Part, system allows the operation without any warning.

System should throw warning message stating that "MPN is already associated with another Part".

This feature is present in Oracle Agile PLM

Is there any way we can enable this warning in Cloud PD??
