Error while initiating a "Change Location" transaction as a Manager on the Redwood UI

When we are trying to "Change Location" for an employee while logged in as a Manager, we are landing on a page with a box showing "Object". On clicking 'Continue' there is an error that shows up which blocks the transaction from moving further. Same issue is on the "Direct Reports" page. Attached are the screenshots of the issue. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.
