How to enforce attachment on Questionnaire and send it for supplier registration

Summary:

We have created supplier question and at the time of supplier external registration they need to fill those details and also enforced attachment in some of the question for which supplier need to attach the relevant document but when doing the registration attachment option is not coming.
Can anyone help in this.
