Possibility of Adding a new time zone to OFS Available Time Zones list

Hi Team,

We have resources operating in the Arizona Time Zone (GMT-07:00), but we are unable to find it in the OFS time zone list. Since Arizona does not observe daylight saving time, we prefer not to substitute it with any other time zone. Is there a way to have this time zone added to the OFS time zone list?

Has anyone encountered this issue with the Arizona time zone, and if so, what alternative did you use?

Additionally, could you please let me know how to extract a list of all available time zones in OFS.
