Individual Comp awards and Employment Start Date

Hi Experts,

We had a scenario from the customer. We had created an ICP and assigned to employee. we converted a PWK to EMP as of 03/01 and spot awards auto migrated from PWK record to EMP record. Now we updated the date to 03/03 even then ICP start dates also got updated to 03/03. But when we provided a date as of 03/15 outside the payroll range it got vanished.

So the question the we had was if ICP dates are moved to 03/03 it should have been moved to 03/15 as well right? It didnt moved is because it is outside of the pay range (follows biweekly)?. Since we had corrected the start date to 03/15 payroll relationship should also be starting as of that date right? instead of considering earliest hire date 03/01?
