pre transformation rule based on customer dff

Summary:

Hi, we have this situation:

• we have the pre transformation rules based on order type to derive the billing transaction type
• for public sector customers, the billing transaction type should be different
• to identify if an order is against a customer within the public sector, the information is on a dff on the customer account (HZ_CUST_ACCOUNTS)

Is there a way to create a pre transformation rule where a condition is the dff on customer account?

If not possible, is there any other suggestion to do so? for example can we copy the value from the dff to a dff on the order header via sandbox? other wayrounds?
