RSSP Edit Attachments: Can only modify Category Field

Summary:

After adding an attachment to a Requisitions using RSSP, there is an option to Edit the attachment. When we select Edit the only field we can modify is the Category Field. In the Classic Version we can modify the Type/Category/Title/Description. Please see attachment for reference.
