Ability for Printable Expense Report Template to display in multiple languages and natural account

We are looking for help on 2 items for Printable Expense Report Template (FinExmExpenseTemplate)

1. We are trying to display the report (via the Expense screen> Print option) in english or french language based on the language preference selected by the user. We are able to upload the templates in multiple languages (rtf as well as XLFF) however when we select 'Print' on the Expense report, it only prints the report based on the default locale setup instead of the preferred language set in ERP.

Is it possible to print the expense report based on the users preferred language.

2. We want to ability to display the natural account KFF on the Printable expense report (via the Expense screen> Print option). Currently we can display the CCID but not the individual segments
