We have a new Screening Service and we set-up the correspondence to be sent to External candidates only. However, the correspondence is still being sent out to Internal candidates.

Triggering Event: Completing Tax Questionnaire

I found this document: SD0556 - Verifying Correspondence Setup for a Screening Service (SD0556). It mentioned that the Internal or External Message templates used in the screening service do not recognize Org, Location, or Job Field contextualization.

Is it also not recognizing Recipients of the correspondence?
