Average of Prior 2 or 3 years of Rating in Talent Review Meeting

We are exploring the possibility of utilizing Talent Score to enhance the insights presented during Talent Review Meetings. Specifically, we would like to understand if Talent Score can be configured to automatically calculate the average of the previous two performance ratings for an employee and display this average directly within the Talent Review Meeting.

This would help provide a clearer view of recent performance trends and allow managers to make more informed decisions during the review process.

Could you please confirm if this is achievable within the system's existing configuration options?

If this is not supported out-of-the-box, please advise if there are any configuration options, flex fields, or recommended workarounds to achieve this requirement.
