Blank page is being displayed for printable statement in total compensation statements (Customized)

Hi Experts,

I'm trying to print each category in separate pages but receiving a blank page after welcome message and then the categories are getting printed in different pages. I had chosen not to display summary page; may be this would a reason for the blank page. I need your inputs on how to avoid the blank page. Below is the rtf snip for your reference (I moved split by page break function to top of category name. In order to get categories printed in new page).
