Epcm dimension limit Exceeded

We are currently developing an EPCM (Enterprise Performance Cost Management) application for a client who requires 13 custom dimensions in addition to the standard POV dimensions (Scenario, Version, Period, Year), system dimensions (PCM_Rule, PCM_Balance), and business dimensions (Account, Entity). However, Oracle has a limit of 11 custom dimensions. Could anyone suggest a workaround or alternative approach to accommodate the additional custom dimensions required by our client?
