Goal fields missing in business rules

Hi Experts,

we noticed in the new release that some goal fields are not available anymore in the Goal page Business Rule. In example, once there was "Completion percentage" and "Allow assignees to edit goal definition" and we were able to hide them, but now we do not see them in the list.

Has any of you experienced this? How can we restore them and be able to hide them again?
