Vacation rule validation in BPM

In BPM, User can create vacation rule by giving Start Date and End Date as you can also see from attached Screen shot

We have a requirement to restrict the difference of start date and end date based on user Job role

1. If User job role is below Vice president then difference of start date and end date of vacation rule shouldn't be more than 31 days
2. If User job role is above Vice president then difference of start date and end date of vacation rule shouldn't be more than 7 days

Can this be achieved in BPM
