In Disbursement payment file formats xml/data model added new data set with lookup values

Hi,

We have encountered an issue with the XML description field where the value'TV2' needs to be validated using a lookup. To address this, we added a new dataset for lookup values. However, these lookup values are not appearing in the XML, and the validation is not functioning at the template level either.

We are seeking assistance from anyone who has implemented changes to the Disbursement Payment File Formats Report or has worked on a similar requirementin any other report. Your guidance and insights would be greatly appreciated.
