Order total header amount is not reflecting amount of subscription lines (recurring price)

Summary:

When we create sales order with one or more subscription lines with recurring price, the line amount for subscription lines (recurring sale price) does not add up to total order amount, please help us to understand why it is like this and how to get total order amount at header level including subscription item amount

In the example below we can see that total order header amount is 6000 usd, while it should be 36000 usd actual as we have order amount for 1st line is 6000 and for 2nd line is 10000 , so total it should be 16000, but it's only considering amount of hardware line which is 6000
