What is the expected functionality for the Supplier Field Search in RSSP - Non-Catalog Requisition?

Summary:

We have noticed an inconsistency in how supplier names are searchable in the RSSP - Non-Catalog Requisition module. Specifically:

In the Supplier field, we can only search using the first letters of the supplier name. If we search using a word that appears later in the DBA name, no results are found.

In the Supplier Site field, however, we are able to search for any word within the supplier name or DBA name and find the correct result.

This inconsistency makes it difficult for users to locate suppliers efficiently, as they must remember the exact beginning of the supplier name when using the Supplier field.
