Can I edit the fields in the candidate job submission pdf file?

Summary: My recruitment team has asked if we can replace the "Creation Date" on the pdf candidate job submission printout with the Candidate completion date.

Steps to get to the page - select a requisition, click on the candidates, select a candidate and click the print button.

I can't seem to locate where (if possible) to edit the pdf.

Attachments - where I am selecting the pdf print and also the field the team wishes to replace
