Is it possible to filter Prescreening Questions to a specific response in advanced filters?

Summary:

We have a prescreening question that has too many possible responses to show up in the drop down when trying to filter by a certain response and application advanced filters, unless that response shows up at the top of the list of the possibilities. By using keywords we can bring up the question, but the response to the question contains the same exact keywords. Is there a way to search for exact matches, rather than only by keyword?
