How to identify who made changes to the DFFs we used in our OTBI reports?

Summary:

There are few OTBI reports in Dev env which resulted in error because of missing DFFs.

we got the DFFs back by running the schedule process. but we want to know who made changes to the DFFs to go missing from subject areas. is there any way we can identify?
