TAD rules not working because Set of book ID not populated

We have setup TAD for our users. The TAD needs to default value from Manage users expense information against what has been defaulted from the PR preferences. This doesn't work on expected line. Upon investigation we got to know that the set of book id is not populated against the employees. Can I get some help on which field should I ask the HCM team to update so as to get the set of book id populated.

Upon investigation we got to know that the set of book id is not populated against the employees. Can I get some help on which field should I ask the HCM team to update so as to get the set of book id populated. The TAD rules works fine for any employee that has set of book id populated against their name.
