Our Marketing team want sales to be independent in their ad-hoc sends. – previously they were using their own email clients to send out whatever they required, and this proved to be un-corporate and also didn’t give oversight of emails sent.

The concern about non-branded communications is lessened with Oracle Guided Campaigns as it gives the lead marketing team control over what templates the sales team has access to. This ensures better access to tidy on brand templates, and ensures that all emails are tracked along with keeping a record of emails sent to the various contacts (which helps to keep a more accurate record for the purposes of evaluating Send fatigue).
