How can I create a prescreen question where the hiring manager cannot see the answer?

Summary:

Just before christmas I am sure I found something on the Oracle website that said I could create prescreen questions on a job application but then could hide the answers from a hiring manager and only allow them to be seen by the recruiter, but I have now searched everywhere and cannot find it, does anyone know if this is possible and could point me in the right direction to instructions please? (I shared the link with my manager at the time and she agreed it was what we needed but neither of us can find the link anymore)
