Cloned ESS Job not populating job parameters

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

we cloned a seeded ESS job 'Journal Entry Reserve Ledger' (to be able to ultimately point it to a custom report location) and did not modify anything else other than the name of it (has to be unique), however when we attempt to run the cloned ESS job, the parameter list is NOT displaying values for the Currency field, and Period is also blank too (which I think is derived from Currency).

As you can see above, the parameter values are populating as expected. If I clone this ESS job and only change the job name (which again has to be unique) then this is what I see below when I try to run it, where
