We are thinking of a couple workarounds: Add a sign on bonus for the first amount 90 days, upon acceptance of the offer and then moving the candidate to HR (puts the candidate in a pending worker status), then adding the second part of the bonus to the pending worker or once they have been onboarded, awarding the second part of the bonus.
