Loss of eligibility error

Hi Team,

One of the employee when her child aged out of the benefits (medical and child life ), her coverage level is still showing as employee + child(ren). If the coverage level is changing, we need that to go into effect. Her medical should be employee only and she should not have child life ad&d anymore.

Could anybody help me please.
