Unable to find a incomplete change order in RSSP

One of our users has an incomplete change order within one of their requisitions - this was orginally done within the classic pages and we now using Redwood UX.

We tried to edit the order and see this message, which indicated a change order was in progress.

However, we simply cannot find any details as to where it's saved so that we can edit or delete it. I have looked at the requistion - lifcycle, document history and clicking on the PO number without success. Has anyone else been able to find incomplete change order or know of a way to delete it (ie by the buyer?)
