Competencies are not defaulting from Position model profile to spider graph

Summary:

I need to see the competencies attached to model position profile in Person profile Competency section under spider graph (Self Evaluation graph and Manager evaluation graph) so that I can compare my current competency with my model position competency requirement.

Currently it takes the competencies with min and max value from model job profile and not from position model profile.
