How to use Payment Information from Extensible Flexfield

I have created Extensible Flexfield on payment information along with contexts and compiled. but these details are not visible from sales order form. please help me from where we can see these flexfield details which i have setup from application?

Also please help me can we use this table to store our payment details and to create debit/credit memos through OIC?

It would be great if you provide some details on these Extensible Flexfield
