BPM API Failed Transactions not appearing

Hi,
I wanted to understand how can I consume FAILED transactions through BPM APIs.
I'm currently using the following API: /bpm/api/4.0/tasks but only transactions different than FAILED return with data.

We have a requirement that we need to consume FAILED Transactions via OIC integrations and Update the task Status to WITHDRAW or something like that, in order to complete/finish the transaction. For PENDING transactions, it works successfully, but now we need do the same for FAILED transactions as well.
