Business Requirement: Journal approver must add attachments to each and every Journal before approval.

Current Issue:  When user click on Approve/Reject button from below screens, system approves/rejects journal without providing an option to attach additional documents.

1 > "Things to Finish" cards (home page) 

2 > Worklist notification page (bell Icon)  Impact of the issue: As per client, it is against audit / sox compliance.  

Expectation: Option:

1: Hide approve or reject buttons from "Things to Finish" or from worklist/bell Icon. Option

2: Provide option to attach documents when user selects Approve/Reject button from "Things to Finish" or from worklist/bell Icon.
