can we hide a WF Notification hyperlink with BIP and RTF template based on a security role

HI Reporting and Analytics forum esp BI Publisher gurus:

Is there is an easy way to hide a URL hyperlink on a Notification page (RTF BI Report -side) also based on a security role ?

We would like to hide the View Attachments hyperlink on the page if is opened by the Resource Manager role?
