Hi team,

May I ask if you can review the design between feature "Enforce Requester-Provided Description for Requisitions" and the system behavior described in KB164264?

Please refer to the screenshots below.

In Offering, there's an option of "Enforce Requester-Provided Desciption for Requisitions", that by opt-out it, it means we are not consider the PR Header Description being a mandatory field.

And when the PR line is added into cart, PR number created, and the PR header description is now blank - which is expected.
