Is it possible reassign a specific requisition from 1 requester to another requester?

Summary:

is it possible reassign a specific requisition from requester A to another requester B.
e.g. Requester A is on a long leave. Client wants to urgently reassign only specific PRs to another requester.

Multiple requisitions are reassigned to another requester while run this ESS job- Update preparer and requester.
But we need to update specific requisition.

Is it possible to add any new parameter while run this ESS job for specific requisition.

I checked another option we can reassign through requisition page with requester A credentials. but here my doute is requester A in on long leave.
