Redwood timecard templates - usable for admin?

The feature to create timecard templates in Redwood appears to be only available on the Me tab, for employees managing their own timecards. Our time and labor admins would like the ability to create timecard templates when they review timecards from the MyClientGroups tab. The same for our Managers from the MyTeam tab. Does anyone know if this is possible?
