How to integrate teams using delegate option

How could we integrate Sales Opportunity and Teams, using "Delegated Permissions" instead of "Application Permissions"?

The reason for that, is that "Application Permissions" is too permissive, and represents a security risk to the customer Azure.

Using "Delegated Permissions", the access is limited to the user permissions.

Standard setup of MS Teams to be used inside Opportunity uses "Application Permissions" in the Azure.

Customer wants to be able to use "Delegated Permissions" instead.
