Requisition Details Report - Filtering Issues

I'm looking to update our current requisitions details report to include specific divisions, exempt positions, and posted only. Currently the report pulls everything and I'm having trouble updating it without getting errors. Any ideas on how to update the attached query?

I've been able to pull the divisions correctly (included in the attached), but the Exempt filter is pulling blank and I'm getting errors when I remove the other requisition states from the query.
