Hello, We have a BIP eText template that for some reason is inserting a blank row at the top of the report (.txt) file as shown below:

I have tried playing around with the template but it still keeps inserting this blank row at the top of the file. I have another eText report is this is not occurring on that one, but this report has additional (nested) levels to it. I have attached the eText template file below.

I appreciate any assistance on this.
