Lost account access because of person pretending to be me

Lost account access because of person pretending to be me. Both the call centre and Live Agent recommended to write here.
Content:
One day I logged into my account and I saw a unknown instance. I quickly discovered that my recovery email had changed to "nrpcocide@outlook.com".
I couldn't change the password anymore because the Security tab said "This account is locked".
- I had a working and enabled 2FA
- the password was randomly generated from Proton Pass
- no one could get into my Proton or my email
I wrote to oraclehelp_ww@oracle.com and they recommended me to reset my password, Live Agent and write to c2csupport_ww@oracle.com.
