Supplier Bank Account Field only allows 11 Digits for Mexico Suppliers bank account

When the supplier bank country is Mexico, Oracle only allows an 11-digit bank account number, whereas we need to input a 12-digit bank account number.

To work around this, we set the CE_DISABLE_BANK_VAL profile option to "Yes" at the user level, which allowed the creation of a 12-digit bank account successfully.

However, since this is a valid bank account number, will Oracle update the validation logic? We prefer not to disable the CE_DISABLE_BANK_VAL profile.
