Avg Time to Resolve (In Hrs)

Summary:

We are using the "CRM - CRM Service Request Summary" table to prepare service request data using reports. As part of that, there is a report that provides week-wise complaints information. We would like to know the Average Time to Resolve (in both days and hours). However, the subject area only provides Average Time to Resolve (days).

Is there a standard field for Average Time to Resolve (hrs)? If not, can we calculate this using a custom formula in case the standard field is not available?
