The current plan is to implement Redwood as part of 25C.

Please conduct an impact analysis and establish:
-Any functional changes brought in by Redwood (e.g. Responsive Self-service Procurement?)
-Any visual changes brought in by Redwood that may affect our users (e.g. an insert text field moved elsewhere)

This will inform what testing activities are required (in addition to the standard Quarterly upgrade ones).
