Mandatory Redwood features not implemented along with 25A

As per Oracle documentation, certain Redwood features deemed mandatory along with the 25A release cannot be accessed after pods have been upgraded to 25A. Following is a list:

These features are available as opt ins, despite Oracle informing that these would be mandatory starting 25A. Could you please confirm if there has been a change in the implementation timelines for these features?
