bots-node-sdk pack command fails

The custom component pack command fails when using the `bots-node-sdk pack` command. The screenshot below shows the versions of my npm, Node.js, and bots-node-sdk. While the `npm pack` command works and creates a .tgz file, I receive an error message when I upload the file: "The custom component deployment failed: Failed to fetch custom component metadata, error response: 504." I have no non-component files in my components folder, yet I still receive the same error.
