How to edit shorthand aliases in bulk?

Hi, Is there any method to edit the shorthand aliases in instance? We have loaded a large number of shorthand aliases for one of our clients. As per a new requirement, we need to modify the accounts for few of them. Is there a method other than manual approach to achieve this?
