Deep Links - Expense Report

Attempt to use Deep Link to Expense Report is resulting in a blank page. Grateful for guidance/advice on how to troubleshoot.

Current experience as follows. Navigator > Tools > Deep Links

Search for expense > click on returned 'View Expense Report (EXM_VIEWREPORT,VIEW) [screenshot 1.]

Screen returned does not return expected result [screenshot 2.]
