How to update deep links within Oracle Digital Assistant to show Payslips/W2 on ADP

How to update deep links within Oracle Digital Assistant to show Payslips/W2 on ADP?
When I ask the question "Show my tax statement" on ODA, it shows below two links
1st link: Year End document (W2)
2nd Link: State or federal withholding document (W4)
Our requirement is that when user choose 1st link, that shows the ADP link.
When User clicks the 2nd link, that should work out of box as delivered by Oracle.
We tried to update the flow, and update the resource bundle item "tax.yearEndDocument" to show the ADP link, but the whole text is still redirects to Year end documents within Oracle application instead of redirecting to ADP.
