Fast Formula is not working for offboarding checklist.

Summary:

Hi everyone,

We have a requirement to trigger offboarding checklist when employee submits their resignation and get it approved. and we have to exclude Canada and German employees while triggering the checklist and also should exclude worker type other than employee for this we have created a Fast formula which will exclude Canada and German employees but Formula looks fine but checklist is being triggered to Canada and German employees also.

Sharing the formula here which we have used. let us know if we miss any logic in the formula.

Default for PER_ASG_LEGISLATION_CODE is 'X'
Default for PER_WORKER_ASSIGNMENT_TYPE is 'X'
