Transaction Console 'Submitted By' Filter showing multiple records for employees with multiple asg

The 'Submitted By' filter in the Transaction Console is showing multiple lines in the drop-down, if the employee has had more than one assignment. The employee name and number are listed in the drop-down, but nothing else to identify which line is for which assignment. When we select any of the lines, the cursor will momentarily spin but do nothing. If we click back into the box it, displays 'No Suggestions to Display' . We recently upgraded to 25A. I have logged an SR but was curious if anyone else has noticed this issue?
