We are trying to understand how Fulfillment Line Standardized Value is calculated at Sales Order

We are trying to understand how Fulfillment Line Standardized Value is calculated at Sales Order Line Level.Our primar currency is USD and Sales Order currency is KRW(Won).So as per the daily conversion rates in General Ledger ,we are able to arrive at at Fulfillment Line Transactional Value -254,007,230

(Base Price of the item from Price List (175560 USD * daily conversion rate(1446.84) = 254,007,230 KRW .Also seen in the below screenshot

We are struggling to understand how the Fulfillment Line Standardized Value is calculated as 173810 USD.As our our knowledge ,it should have been calculated as Base Price of the item in USD i.e 175560 as per the below screenshot
